Nuria graduated from the Veterinary College in Zaragoza (Spain) in 1997. Between 1997 and 1998 she spent a year in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging of Murcia Veterinary School (Spain), as a postgraduate student. She completed a dissertation entitled "Radiographic patterns of the bone lesions in canine leishmaniasis" in March 1998. Nuria was a recipient of the Leonardo Da Vinci Scholarship from the European Union in 1998. This allowed her to spend six months externship at Davies Veterinary Specialists and, subsequently, she became a member of staff in April 1999. In September 2001 she passed the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Radiology examination and the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging Diploma examination in October 2006. Nuria is part of a very experienced clinical radiology team with five radiologists, three radiography nurses and two radiographers. Since 2014 she is responsible for the management and leadership of the Diagnostic Imaging department at Davies Veterinary Specialists.
