Almost 40% of Vet Specialists are citizens of EU countries other than UK. Vet Specialists express concern that recruitment will be challenging post-Brexit and highlight the negative impact of uncertainty about the future. Our survey results have been shared with BVA to help inform debate on inclusion of the veterinary profession on the UK governments skill shortage list.
